WE CHAMPION
NEURODIVERSITY

Designing Products to Unlock Your Child's Potential

Neurodapt's innovation lies in

providing design solutions that promote confidence and independence in our users

By targeting executive functioning and routine management in children, we aim to unleash their potential as capable, independent adults.

Our first product relies on delivering a wearable and visual alternative to the obtrusive text-heavy timetables and

to-do lists that have not been designed with the requirements of a neurodivergent user in mind but are still being provided to children by parents and teachers due to a lack

of an alternative.

We strive to make this change by also offering accessible support and advice through our social media channels and right here on our website to help create a more educated community surrounding these issues.

WHY?

It's estimated that around 1 in 5 young people are neurodivergent in the UK

This often affects their executive functioning and has a significant impact on:

Time Management

Working Memory

Organisation

At Neurodapt, we believe that by developing products tailored to our users' needs and addressing challenges early in life, we can empower the next generation to unlock their full potential and grow into confident, independent adults

About

ABOUT US

Neurodivergent designers

Designing for a more inclusive society

Daniel Brown
Co-founder
Alison Stobie
Co-founder

"We both have backgrounds in design, with Alison studying architecture and Daniel recently graduating with a degree in product design, we share an interest in inclusive and user-based design projects.

As neurodivergent individuals who grew up with parents dedicated to supporting child education, we recognised the need for a product that empowers children to develop independence and enhance their organisational skills.

Over a year on from when we first began this journey together, with the continuing support from Strathclyde Inspire and our recent collaboration with experts in neurodiversity, we feel stronger than ever that there is need for such a product, and that we are the right people to take this challenge on."
